Multiple group fitness class options available for beginners to advanced athletes.

Boot Camp

All levels
Instructor led classic cardio workout where you will step up and down on a raised platform.  Different movements are selected to boost your heart rate and strengthen muscles.

PiYo

All levels
Instructor led, low impact workout that combines Pilates and Yoga moves that are structured to sculpt the body, strengthen the core, and enhance flexibility.

Cardio Barre

All levels
High energy instructor led class that combines the use of the barre, light weights, and body weight with continual fat burning movements designed to target the buttocks, legs, torso, and arms.

Core & More

All levels
Strengthen your abs and lower back in this instructor led class by using dynamic circuit workout moves that not only focuses on the core, but you will also engage other key muscles to create a lean and strong body.

Box Fit

All levels
Box Fit is a great source of cardio that will enhance strength and endurance.  Box Fit focuses on training drills used in boxing.  Participate in an instructor led class or work out on your own at Club Fitness! 

Hip Hop Cardio

All levels
You will forget you are working out in this fun dance fitness class!! Sweat, smile, and enjoy the music while you burn calories and tone muscles!!

Body Pump

All levels
This instructor led class combines weights and/or body weight to promote a more tone and lean body.

Boot Camp

All levels
This class includes drills to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and overall functional fitness. You will work through different stations/exercises that are designed to tackle a specific muscle group from upper to lower body.  Bring your towel and water bottle, and kick that bad day to the curb with this workout.
This class combines chair yoga with balance and strength exercises. In this class, positions and poses are modified through creative use of a chair. The chair can also be used for support in standing exercises and poses. Bring a yoga mat to class with you.

Zumba Gold

All levels
Popular Latin-dance inspired workout of Zumba and makes it accessible for seniors, beginners or others needing modifications in their exercise routine.
