SILVER SNEAKERS

All levels

A mix of cardio and strength training with a focus on increasing strength, range, motion, and mobility. Participants use hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and balls. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support. This engaging, total body work out is specifically designed for our seniors.

ZUMBA GOLD

All levels
50 minutes

Popular Latin-dance inspired workout of Zumba and makes it accessible for seniors, beginners or others needing modifications in their exercise routine. Zumba Gold builds cardiovascular health by challenging the heart and working the muscles of the hips, legs, and arms with dance moves.

GENTLE YOGA

All levels
50 minutes

A slow-moving, mostly seated class. It offers kindness and compassion for the body, regardless of whether a student is injured or healthy, young or old, pregnant or not, new or advanced in their yoga practice. Students have the option of using a mat only, or props such as chairs, blocks, or wall to benefit the most from their unique practice.

YOGA

Connect your body, breath, and mind! This class pushes your physical postures to help you gain flexibility and balance, breathing exercises to reduce stress, and meditation to give you a sense of peace.

BARRE

All levels
45 minutes

A low-impact muscular endurance workout that targets your entire body combining elements from Pilates, yoga, and strength training. You will utilize light hand weights, bands, balls and more to aid in toning your muscles and improving your functional fitness and posture. All fitness levels welcome!

CARDIO BARRE

All levels
50 minutes

An upbeat, high energy class that alternates traditional barre training with high energy, low impact cardio exercises.

BOOT CAMP

All levels
45 minutes

Burn fat, build muscle, create definition, gain energy and endurance. Intense intervals of cardio and weight training with little rest between sets will keep your workouts challenging and prevent muscle memory. This is a total body workout. All fitness levels are welcome, as you can do variations of each exercise to either push past your comfort level for intense results; or, pull back to meet your bodies limitations.

SPIN

All levels
45 minutes

Petal along on a stationary bike for a fun cardiovascular workout. Cycling burns fat, increases stamina, and builds strength to your core and lower body.

AERO-DANCE

All levels
45 minutes

You will not even realize you are working out in this fun, easy to follow, choreographed dance class. It features fun music of all genres and is designed for you to burn max calories and target your core. Featuring theme nights!
