Body Pump

Barbell Fitness Class in which participants will combine continuous cardiovascular activity with light to moderate weight training. The weight training is performed using a standard two-hand barbell with weight plates attached to both sides or pre-assembled barbell. The class can be modified for beginner, intermediate, or advanced participants.

Body Fusion

All levels
A Full Body Fusion Class is a hybrid mix designed to torch calories, tone physique and emphasizes variety in the movements each week, so it's never the same. If you've ever heard of the Barre style workout, which focuses on development and strength of the lower body through ballet inspired movements, a Full Body Fusion class combines these techniques with some of the more intense movements you would also see in a BootCamp-style class. There is a healthy mix of strength-training paired with cardio and Pilates. This class is ideal for someone interested in a workout that is a little more dynamic compared to Yoga and offers the best of both worlds -Flexibility and toning movements, as well as strength building.

Hip Hop Cardio

You will forget you are working out in this fun dance fitness class!! Sweat, smile, and enjoy the music while you burn calories and tone muscles!!

Boot Camp

All levels
This class includes drills to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and overall functional fitness. You will work through different stations/exercises that are designed to tackle a specific muscle group from upper to lower body.  Bring your towel and water bottle, and kick that bad day to the curb with this workout.

Zumba Gold

Popular Latin-dance inspired workout of Zumba and makes it accessible for seniors, beginners or others needing modifications in their exercise routine.

Stationary cycling that promotes strength, endurance, and interval training through a series of hill climbs and flat road sprints. Moves are modifiable to meet all fitness levels.
