Body Pump

Barbell Fitness Class in which participants will combine continuous cardiovascular activity with light to moderate weight training. The weight training is performed using a standard two-hand barbell with weight plates attached to both sides or pre-assembled barbell. The class can be modified for beginner, intermediate, or advanced participants.

Hip Hop Cardio

You will forget you are working out in this fun dance fitness class!! Sweat, smile, and enjoy the music while you burn calories and tone muscles!!

Boot Camp

This class includes drills to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and overall functional fitness. You will work through different stations/exercises that are designed to tackle a specific muscle group from upper to lower body.  Bring your towel and water bottle, and kick that bad day to the curb with this workout.

Zumba Gold

Popular Latin-dance inspired workout of Zumba and makes it accessible for seniors, beginners or others needing modifications in their exercise routine.
