SILVER SNEAKERS

A mix of cardio and strength training with a focus on increasing strength, range, motion, and mobility. Participants use hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and balls. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support. This engaging, total body work out is specifically designed for our seniors.

A slow-moving, mostly seated class. It offers kindness and compassion for the body, regardless of whether a student is injured or healthy, young or old, pregnant or not, new or advanced in their yoga practice. Students have the option of using a mat only, or props such as chairs, blocks, or wall to benefit the most from their unique practice.

Intense intervals of cardio and weight training with little rest between sets will keep your workouts challenging and prevent muscle memory. This is a total body workout. Gym Etiquette

Put your weights away.

We understand you need to move on to your next exercise, but there are people that are not strong enough to lift your weights and put them up.

Use a towel and/or wipe down the machines.

We have sanitation stations available for your convenience.

Do not rest on equipment.

During busy workout hours, please use the equipment and move on to your next exercise. Be courteous to those waiting for the equipment and offer for them to work in with you.

Do not leave personal items on equipment on benches.

We have locker rooms available for your belongings.

Wear earbuds if you want to avoid overhead music and gym noises.
Workout with 1 or 2, not a crew.

Separate to avoid extensive time on equipment. Be mindful of the traffic flow and keep an appropriate distance from other members.

Do not stand in front of the dumbbell rack.

Choose your weights and move to a space where people can easily get to the rack.

Do not stand in front of someone who is using the mirror.

Find your own space to watch your form.

Club Fitness Rules and Regulations

Use the equipment at your own risk
Member is responsible for knowing his or her physical limits
The club assumes no liability for accidents that may occur in the facility
We are not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen
No food, alcohol, smoking, or horseplay is permitted in the club
No obscene language is permitted
No one under the age of 14 is allowed in the club without a parent or guardian
12 and 13-year-olds are only permitted on cardio equipment with a parent or guardian present and a valid membership
Club Fitness assumes no responsibility for children left unattended
Throwing/dropping dumbbells is not permitted
Be considerate and respectful of other members and staff
Return all equipment to its place and wipe down surfaces after use
Members must re-rack their weights after use
Report faulty or damaged equipment to staff
Proper athletic clothing and footwear are required
Members are required to scan-in each visit and are responsible for their key tag
Replacement key tags are available to purchase for $10 at the front desk
We encourage you to bring non-members; however, they must be checked in at the front desk to fill out a waiver and obtain a pass
Only club members and special pass holders are permitted in the facility after staffed hours

If Rules are Not Followed

If any of the above rules and regulations are not followed, Club Fitness staff will remind member of policies. If the behavior continues, the member will be asked to leave for 24 hours. We reserve the right to terminate any membership if there is continuous disregard to our club policies.
If a member works out without proper athletic attire, staff will remind them of our policy and ask them to change into proper attire. If the member does not comply, they will be asked to leave. They can return once they are wearing athletic clothing and shoes.
If any members bring or allow a non-member into the club, the following are subject to happen:
1st offense- $20 charge to account for unsolicited guest
2nd offense- $50 charge to account for unsolicited guest
3rd offense- membership is at risk for termination
