A mix of cardio and strength training with a focus on increasing strength, range, motion, and mobility. Participants use hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and balls. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support. This engaging, total body work out is specifically designed for our seniors.

ZUMBA GOLD

All levels

Popular Latin inspired dance workout that builds cardiovascular health by challenging the heart and working the muscles of the hips, legs, and arms. This fun dance class is perfect for seniors, beginners, or others who need modifications in their exercise routine.

CHAIR YOGA

All levels
45 minutes

A gentle form of yoga that involves performing poses while seated or using a chair for balance. Yoga helps increase flexibility, strength, balance, and body awareness. It can also promote focus, mental clarity, and relaxation. Easy to moderate stretch class is perfect for seniors and those with physical limitations.

YOGA

55 minutes

Connect your body, breath, and mind: Yoga pushes your physical postures to help you gain flexibility and balance, breathing exercises to reduce stress, and meditation to give you a sense of peace. While this is a more advanced yoga class, beginners are welcome to attend and modify poses.

BARRE

A low-impact muscular endurance workout that targets your entire body combining elements from pilates, yoga, and strength training. This workout routine utilizes light hand weights, bands, balls and more to aid in toning your muscles and improving your functional fitness and posture. All fitness levels welcome!

BOOT CAMP

All levels
50 minutes

Intense intervals of cardio and weight training with little rest between sets. Incorporates various and unique drills utilizing weights, balls, tires, etc. to keep your workouts challenging and prevent muscle memory. This is a total body workout that will burn fat and build muscle. All fitness levels are welcome as you can modify each exercise to push past your comfort level, or pull back to meet your bodies limitations.

SPIN

All levels
50 minutes

Petal along on a stationary bike for a fun cardiovascular workout! Cycling burns fat, increases stamina, and builds strength to your core and lower body. Suited for all fitness levels.

DANCE FITNESS

All levels
50 minutes

You will not even realize you’re doing a full body cardio workout in this easy to follow, choreographed dance class. Have fun burning calories while doing rhythmic movements to eclectic music (in the dark!) under a disco ball. Featuring theme nights! This cardio class is suited for all ages and fitness levels.
