This is not a hot class. The room will be warm and comfortable but not hot. This is an introduction to the basics of Yoga Fitness. I’ll teach you how to get the most out of your poses and help you learn how to listen to your body and modify as needed. This class is for all fitness levels. You will build strength, flexibility and end each class with relaxation time.
**You don’t have to be a member ……Just show up 15 minutes before class begins to sign in! (Bring a yoga mat)
